And Plain flour and self raising flour
Honey ,golden syrup.molasses or treacle all three work the same
OK so you ask what can i make with thesse why are these important ... well flour you can make cakes cookies piklets ,scones, and so much more for soooo little i have two BIG tupperware containers full .. the honey molasses and treacle i use in the cookies ill add reciepes later.
Frozen veg can be blended in to mince to make sausage rolls ,meat balls and great to add to rice for a side dish .
Tinned tomatos mixed with vegies and garlic n onion purred instant pasta sause on noodles .
and YOU can use tomato paste for anything ,tonight we had a whatever in house dinner so with bread slices tomato paste and leftovers and slice of cheese on top the kids had pizzas :)
for a class party for one of my children this week i made chicken sausage rolls and chicken veg meat balls
all i did was mince 2 chicken breasts from my frezzer
cup or more of frozen mixed veg
about half of choped frozzen oinon
and a few slices of whole meal bread which i made to crumbs
and frozzen pastry
next i mixed the ingrediants took half out to make sausage rolls
then the other half added 1 egg yolk i had left from making icing the day before for my sons cookies and then bread crums and rolled in balls crubed and put in oven on a tray
the sasage rolls i wraped and cut to bite sizes and in the oven too so easy and sooosooo cheap
